We drove to a casino this morning for breakfast. Had a decent meal, then bought tickets to come back tonight for a concert - Robin Trower & Elvin Bishop. They are not together - each one is doing his own show. Ellen's excited!
I put $30 in the slot machines and walked out with $90, so I paid for one of the tickets. Ellen put in $10 and got back $15. She kept it all to herself.
We came back to move to the next RV park, only about 5 miles away. This one also had only one night available so we pack up again Sunday morning and move on. I found a decent RV park up in 29 Palms with 4 nights available so I booked it starting tomorrow. It's only about 1 hour north of here on the northern Side of Joshua Tree NP. It's right at the entrance to the park so it really should be a great location for making day trips into the park to explore. I expect some good pictures coming in the next few days.
Well, time to get ready for the concert.
Did I mention it was 81 today?
